At Ruia Associates (“Ruia Associates”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), users and clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all information, documents, and details submitted while availing legal consultation, advisory services, documentation assistance, or any other professional services are accurate, complete, and authentic.
By proceeding with our services, users confirm that the information provided by them is true and correct to the best of their knowledge and belief.
In the event that any information, document, or declaration submitted by a user is found to be:
- False,
- Misleading,
- Fraudulent,
- Incomplete, or
- Materially inaccurate,
Ruia Associates reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate the concerned services or engagements without prior notice.
Upon such cancellation arising from misrepresentation, concealment of facts, or submission of incorrect information:
- Any professional fees, consultation charges, retainers, or payments already made shall generally remain non-refundable;
- Ruia Associates shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or consequence arising from such cancellation; and
- Any exception or refund request, if considered, shall remain solely at the discretion of Ruia Associates.
Users are advised that furnishing inaccurate information in legal matters may result in legal and procedural consequences under applicable laws.
This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
